   • Precise Resize: Offers various options, including Keep Original, Scale Down (75%, 50%, 25%), and Custom Resolution.

2. Major Improvement in User Convenience
   • Menu Bar Introduction: Actions like 'Open File' and 'Language Settings' are neatly organized in the top menu, expanding the workspace.
   • Improved UI Layout: Provides a more professional and clean appearance with consistent padding and alignment.
   • Video Load Fix: The first frame of the video is now displayed immediately upon loading, instead of a black screen.
3. Bug Fixes
   • Fixed an issue where the file size became abnormally large when converting to WebP.
   • After confirming that above 50FPS will not be applied, the maximum FPS was limited to 50.

   • File Size Prediction: The estimated file size can be previewed before conversion
