We are thrilled to announce the launch of our updated GifClip Maker v2.0 (formerly Video To GIF Tool)! This powerful GUI tool has been completely rebuilt to convert your video files into high-quality GIFs or WebP animations with superior performance and a sleek dark-themed UI.

 Core Changes (v2.0 Update)

• Engine Replacement: The underlying engine has been completely replaced, switching from the existing Tkinter to PyQt6.
• Fluid Preview: Introduced QMediaPlayer with GPU acceleration support for smooth, stutter-free preview of high-resolution videos.
• UI/UX Improvements: A sleek Dark Theme has been applied, and the UI responsiveness has been improved, resolving the freezing issue when moving the window.
• Batch Processing Support: Multiple videos can be loaded to perform batch operations.
• Batch Estimation: A Batch Estimation feature has been added, which calculates and estimates the size of multiple files in the list at once.
• Resolution Recommendation: Automatically recommends resolutions calculated to match the aspect ratio of the loaded video.
• Conversion Cancellation: The ability to 'Cancel' the conversion process during operation has been added.

1. Quality and Format Control

• High-Quality Conversion: Uses the Gifski engine for optimal GIF quality (colors/dithering).
• Format Support: Supports both GIF and WebP output.
• Accurate Size Estimation: Predicts the final file size using a robust 2.0-second precision sampling method.

2. Workflow and Experience

• Visual Timeline: Easily select Start/End points with a drag-and-drop slider and visual range indicators.
• Batch Processing: Supports adding multiple videos and applying individual settings (FPS, Resize, Quality) per file.
• Drag & Drop Support: Load video files quickly by dragging them directly into the window.
• Persistent Settings: Language and other preferences are saved automatically.

3. Detailed Settings

• Range Selection: Set Start/End visually or manually (mm:ss).
• Resolution Control: Offers presets (1080p, 720p), Custom Dimensions, or scaling by %.
• Frame Rate (FPS): Auto-detected from source (using OpenCV) or custom value.

 How To Use

1. Launch: Run the VideoToGifTool.exe file.
2. Add Videos: Drag & drop files or click the "Open Video" button.
3. Select Range: Use the timeline slider or "Set Start/End" buttons to trim the video.
4. Configure: Adjust FPS, Resize, and Quality settings on the right panel.
5. Estimate (Optional): Select files and click "Estimate Size" to check expected output size.
6. Convert: Click "Convert" to start processing. The output is saved in the source video's folder.

System Requirements: The tool is a portable executable for Windows 10/11 (64-bit recommended). FFmpeg and Gifski are bundled internally.

• 일괄 처리: 다수 파일 드래그 앤 드롭을 지원하며, 파일별 개별 설정(FPS, 해상도 등) 적용이 가능합니다.
• 설정 자동 저장: 언어 설정(한글/영어) 및 사용자 환경 설정이 프로그램 종료 후에도 자동 저장/유지됩니다.

• 구간 설정: 슬라이더로 시각적으로 설정하거나 직접 시간(mm:ss)을 입력할 수 있습니다.

사용 방법

1. 실행: VideoToGifTool.exe 파일을 실행합니다.
2. 파일 추가: 동영상을 창으로 드래그하거나 [비디오 열기] 버튼을 누릅니다.
3. 구간 선택: 하단 타임라인 슬라이더를 조절하거나 [시작/종료 설정] 버튼으로 구간을 자릅니다.
4. 설정: 우측 패널에서 FPS, 크기, 품질을 원하는 대로 조절합니다.
5. 용량 예측 (선택 사항): 목록에서 파일을 선택하고 [용량 예측] 버튼을 눌러 결과 크기를 미리 확인합니다.
6. 변환: [변환하기] 버튼을 누르면 작업이 시작됩니다. 결과물은 원본 동영상이 있는 폴더에 저장됩니다.

참고: 이 프로그램은 Windows 10/11 (64비트 권장) 환경에서 별도 설치 불필요한 포터블 실행 파일로 제공됩니다. 필수 리소스(ffmpeg/gifski)는 내장 빌드되어 있습니다.
